New Jay Z album drops July 4th -- 1MM free downloads for Samsung Galaxy owners.
Jay-Z announced this past Sunday that he will release his new album "Magna Carta Holy Grail" on July 4. As part of a massive promotion with Samsung, one million owners of the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S 4 and the Galaxy Note will get a free copy of the album a few days before the official launch in July. Jay Z also produced a promo video that in 3-minutes exposes you to his creative vision and drops some samples likely from the album. An innovator in the studio and online, Jay Z respects the power of the internet, saying, "We don't have any rules... everyone's trying to figure it out... that's why the Internet is the wild west.. wild wild west. We need to write the new rules."
