The mix series is innovative. First take one of London's most underground clubs and each month let one of the residents mix together 90 minutes of tunes. The concept allows for Fabric to maintain its uncompromising position at the forefront of London clubland and release music to dedicated fans. There are no big shop fillers on the CD, only quality tracks. Ali has chosen a wide range of cool producers to include on his mix album. From Lee Coombs 'Sky Juice', DJ Icey -Surreal' to DJ Zinc's 'Hold On' the listener is in for a treat for the next 90 minutes. For sure Ali B knows what makes Fabric tick each and every week. Our favourite tracks had to be DJ Spice 'Groove Operator and Plump DJ's 'Big Groovy Fucker' although you would be hard pressed not to like any of these. This is a very good concept and the best bit is the cost. For less then half the price of Fabric entrance you get each month's mix album for the bargain price of just £6.
