With musical echoes of New Order, 'The Other Side' is an uplifting but melancholic song with rising strings and acoustic touches that accompany Wayne Jackson's distinctive vocal. UK label-mates Deep Dish follow Paul's recent remix of 'Say Hello' by returning the favor and giving 'The Other Side' a re-rub worthy of a place among their greatest works.
